What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with analysis and review of roadway plans, traffic data, drainage, and geometric designs
- Perform analysis and design calculations according to the applicable design codes
- Prepare construction plans using CADD programs
- Organize design calculations
- Assist with planning and preliminary designs for roadways
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Knowledgeable with civil design and design computer programs
- Proficient with CADD programs such as Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficient with MS Office software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledgeable with Geopak and 3D Modeling
- EIT certification
- Experience in roadway design projects
