Job Description
- Req#: 32516933898
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a design team as a team lead.
- Overseeing project execution from inception to completion, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering quality design packages.
- Conducting design reviews.
- Meeting with clients and construction crews to discuss project scope and execution.
- Serving as a technical leader to enhance team knowledge.
- Building and maintaining client relationships to seek new project opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or traffic/transportation engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Experience in Traffic Control Planning drafting.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Rapid Plan.
- PE License preferred.

- Annual salary between $85,000 and $115,000, based on experience.
