Job Description
- Req#: JP-005505298
- Work on large-scale, diverse land development projects for both the public and private sectors
- Perform site planning and infrastructure design
- Engage in land development and stormwater management
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design tasks
- Prepare and review survey reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, security consultants, and surveyors
- Ensure project completion within established timelines
- 3-8+ years of civil engineering experience (land development design projects - stormwater management, site grading, site planning, drainage design, erosion & sediment control, floodplains, etc.)
- DC project experience is a major plus, but not a must have
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in site planning and infrastructure design
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) Certification or PE (Professional Engineer) License is preferred
