      Our Operations team is currently seeking a Specialty Training Consultant. This is a full time, exempt role. This is a hybrid opportunity in our Howell, MI and Worcester, MA locations.

      POSITION OVERVIEW:

      We are seeking a Specialty Training Consultant. This individual is responsible to conduct department training programs driven by business needs. This includes managing and executing training programs and assisting in design and development of learning interventions. Build relationships and collaborate with the business to deliver learning priorities and solutions that best support the business needs while supporting the Senior Training Consultant role in development and design.

      IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

      • Deliver a variety of training interventions using conventional and alternative methods to best meet learner needs- principally focused on live virtual instruction, and collaborating with learning development experts to consider alternative delivery methods as applicable
      • Partner to deliver training programs through strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and coordination of/collaboration with Hanover resources (subject matter experts and business leaders, Learning & Development partners, Hanover Technology Group) as well as external training resources as appropriate
      • Create and maintain a positive learning atmosphere that fosters student learning
      • Work with Senior Training Consultants, subject matter experts and business leaders to set expectations for program delivery, document development and document maintenance
      • Maintain a solid proficiency in Hanover Specialty systems, processes and workflows
      • Assist with instructional design and training development as applicable
      • Responsible for content development, curriculum updates and communications
      • Responsible for delivering innovative ideas and methods for training delivery that best meet learner needs
      • Provide support of Investment Proposals and workflow enhancements as needed

      WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

      • Prior Specialty and/or training experience
      • Demonstrate effective communication, organization and time management skills
      • Ability to travel if necessary
      • Collaborative and easily adapts to the diverse interests, styles and perspectives of key stakeholders and partners
