Where you will work: This is an in-office position, so you’ll work at our beautiful, state-of-the-art Marina Heights campus in Tempe 100% of the time. Our Claims Associates are committed to helping our customers through the claims process while providing Remarkable® service. Title Document Processing (TDP) prepared documents and issues payments to customers at the direction of Total Loss. Title Document Processing claim handlers work in a team environment with third parties including financial institutions and salvage vendors in the course of processing title documents. Title Document Processing also works with customers, salvage vendors, and external partners in order to obtain negotiable titles. Qualifications Competitive candidates demonstrate the following: Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically Successfully operate multiple computer-based applications Accountability Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s). All employees in support and professional roles selected for a Claims position will have a time in role commitment (6 months for promotions, 12 months for lateral) beginning on the effective date of transfer which must be met by the end of the posting period for any other State Farm positions. Exceptions to the time in role commitment period may be considered on an individual basis, consistent with business needs and management approval. Training: Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training. Training is four weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Work Schedule Details: The anticipated hours of operation will be 7:00 am - 6:00 pm customer time. Employees may be expected to work in a rotating shift environment including irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements.
