What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily activities, procedures, and financial transactions of the Claim Operations Team
- Assign, coordinate, and review the work activities of associates
- Conduct audits and assess associate work products as appropriate
- Provide team status reports to senior leadership and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members and ensure adequate training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Must be self-motivated and able to work from home
- Valid driver's license required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workers' compensation claims operations experience is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and claims processing systems
