- Manages the daily operations of auditors handling high risk mitigation quality programs
- Support developing process improvement plans, maintain feedback databases and tools, and manage projects that support the improvement of the customer experience
- Partner with GSP vendor to drive consistency in audit processes
- Partner with short and long term capacity planners as well as the resource management group to deliver on operational and client expectations
- Understand and utilize all Management Operating System (MOS) tools to include Barrier Time Tracker, Daily Schedule Controls, Automated Scorecard, Performance Profile and all other tools
- Utilize active management processes to develop direct reports, enabling the team to successfully balance accuracy and quality with productivity to drive positive results
- Ensure minimal impact to claim aging and LPI expenditures through efficient inventory oversight of the audit programs time to process
- Partner with HR on people initiatives including compensation planning, performance management, staffing and employee relations concerns/issues, employee recruitment, training, teaming and employee development
- Support diversity by building an inclusive environment and valuing different perspectives
- Lead and participate in projects and initiatives in support of service and operational excellence and providing consistent, positive impact to teams
- Participate in complex operational audits or regulatory inquires and provide expertise and guidance
- Have regular team meetings, huddles and 1x1’s to understand your team’s needs and barriers
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ experience in claims, call center, or healthcare customer service
- Knowledgeable in performance management and employee coaching and motivation processes
- Strong Claims knowledge and internal process knowledge preferred
- Proficiency using Proclaim, Power, Facets, or other claims related systems highly beneficial
- Experience using KPI tools to access and improve performance highly preferred
- Displays decision-making and problem-solving competencies
- Proven ability to handle multiple assignments, projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to drive change and make process improvements
- Strong time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Adaptive communication style to effectively engage and deliver communications positively and in support of organizational goals and objectives
As a Quality Review and Audit Supervisor you will oversee a team of 18-20 auditors in a virtual environment. You would be responsible for audit inventory and feedback processes associated with results. You’ll have an opportunity to partner with internal business owners to develop improvement plans and support new hires. We expect this role to remain virtual, work from home, and have a typical schedule within Monday – Friday, normal business hours, or as business needs dictate.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 54,800 - 91,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
