      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Complete required training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property
      - Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity
      - Investigate and evaluate relevant facts to determine coverage and damages
      - Negotiate and convey claim settlements within authority limits
      - Provide excellent customer service and maintain compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience
      - Valid driver's license
      - Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response
      - Verbal and written communication skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Bachelor's Degree or two years of work/customer service experience
      - Valid passport
