What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Complete required training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property
- Handle 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity
- Investigate and evaluate relevant facts to determine coverage, damages, and liability of first party property claims
- Establish timely and accurate claim and expense reserves
- Negotiate and convey claim settlements within authority limits

What is Required (Qualifications):

- High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or a minimum of two years of work or customer service-related experience
- Valid passport preferred
