What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Completing required training for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims
- Handling 1st party property claims of moderate severity and complexity
- Investigating, evaluating, and determining coverage for property claims
- Negotiating and settling claims within authority limits
- Providing excellent customer service to insureds, agents, and other customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills

- Bachelor's Degree preferred or two years of work or customer service experience
