      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage weather-related property claims from start to finish, ensuring high service levels
      - Evaluate damages, determine policy coverage, and make timely decisions on claims
      - Conduct direct conversations with customers, explaining coverage decisions and setting expectations
      - Collaborate with internal teams to identify fraud or recovery opportunities
      - Maintain knowledge of industry practices, local market pricing, and legal developments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - State licensing where required and successful completion of applicable claims certification training
      - One to three years of related claims handling or construction experience preferred
      - General knowledge of insurance theory, practices, and contracts
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders

      - Familiarity with claims processing, claims systems, and construction terminology
