What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers regarding claims inquiries
- Process and review claims to determine coverage and benefits
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient claims processing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or claims processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with claims management software
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Customer service certification
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations
