Senior Claims Representative - Workers' Compensation

Responsibilities

In this key role, you will be responsible for determining compensability and/or coverage issues for workers' compensation claims involving loss of time, directing settlements under management's review, gathering medical and factual evidence, directing the activities of outside investigation, and handling litigation files within given authority.

This position requires daily contact with claimants and/or their attorneys, outside investigators, and rehabilitation personnel as well as routine contact with Insureds, medical providers, and agents.

Salary Range

$65,000.00-$95,000.00 USD

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.

Qualifications

• All candidates must have at least 2- 5 years of experience handling litigated workers’ compensation claims for the state of California and Nevada.
• Must have NV Adjuster License
• Able to work Monday- Friday from 8am-4:30pm PST.
