As a claims administrative support specialist, you’ll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable. Must-have qualifications - High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience - Instead of the above, one year of post-secondary education Preferred skills - Proficiency using office equipment - Proven organizational skills - Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties - Communication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment - Customer service and follow-up skills Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is an in office position.
