      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review claims and appeals for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
      - Analyze and audit claims to ensure compliance and resolve errors
      - Create weekly financial estimates using Microsoft Excel
      - Provide feedback on denied claims and assist providers with submission processes
      - Conduct coordination of benefits and confirm claims associated with pre-authorizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience processing and analyzing claims
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the QuickCap claim system
      - Understanding of physiology, medical terminology, and disease processes
      - Ability to present information confidently in group settings
      - Demonstrated critical thinking and self-initiative skills
