      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set up new claims in the system, ensuring all documentation is present and correct
      - Prepare, schedule, and process payment vouchers on claim files as directed by the Claims Examiner and/or Supervisor
      - Document all work product and claim activity in the electronic claim file
      - Provide clerical support, including accounting, filing, faxing, sorting, photocopying, and alphabetizing
      - Communicate pertinent claim information to clients, legal counsel, and internal claims staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - One (1) year of experience in the commercial casualty claims industry
      - Proficient keyboarding skills (minimum typing speed of 45 wpm)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to follow written and spoken instructions and produce accurate, detailed work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of medical/legal terminology
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word
      - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
      - Experience in a fast-paced office environment
      - Courteous telephone skills
