What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle calls and assist in resolving inquiries from field representatives and external customers
- Enter claim information from calls into the claims management system (CMS)
- Create and execute reports as needed
- Route calls for the Headquarters Claims department
- Attend department training and participate in projects as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues through research
- Ability to work efficiently to meet service level agreements
- Experience with data entry, including accurate typing skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft® Word and Excel; experience with CMS and PMS is helpful

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Familiarity with claims management systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in project management or report generation
