What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Completing activities in the claim system based on the claim type reported
- Ordering police reports for claims
- Sending acknowledgment letters to customers and claimants
- Calling clients about damaged equipment and obtaining photos
- Researching new mail or emails in the claim system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook E-mail system
- Logic and reasoning skills
- Good customer service skills
- Attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with claims processing systems
