  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Leads the day to day claims activities for medical only claims.
  - Manages a portfolio of medical only workers compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions.
  - Advocates for injured employees and ensures understanding of the workers compensation process.
  - Own the communication with all relevant stakeholders working collaboratively as one team to achieve strategic objectives of claim closure.
  - Liaise with and provide training to branch operations on claims, such as jurisdictional requirements, modified duty, among others.
  - Compliance with Employbridge claim handling standards.
  - Liaise with Third Party Administrator on all aspects of the claim leading to claim closure.
  - Performs administrative duties as needed by the claims team.
  - Other duties as assigned by Claims Team Manager.
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Associates Degree or 1 – 3 years of related experience preferred.
  - Proficient in use of Microsoft Software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Risk Management Information Systems.
  - Strong critical thinking ability, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  - Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
  - Excellent communication skills.
  - Strong written, verbal and present.
