What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for clients throughout the claims process from initial report to resolution
- Negotiate with adjusters to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Monitor claims activity and communicate coverage issues or trends to agency teams
- Provide training and education on claims handling to team members and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and adjusters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7-10 years of previous claims experience preferred
- Multi-line carrier or brokerage claims experience required
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- Must have Property & Casualty License or obtain within 90 days of employment
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
