      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a caseload of Public D&O claims from inception to final disposition, often involving litigation
      - Conduct investigations and evaluate information to determine coverage, liability, and damages
      - Communicate findings and positions to insured parties and other required stakeholders
      - Develop resolution strategies through negotiations to achieve high-quality outcomes
      - Prepare comprehensive reports and present case developments to senior claim leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctorate degree preferred; a four-year college degree is required
      - Minimum of five years of experience handling litigated Public D&O coverage and/or liability cases as defense counsel or claims handler
      - Knowledge and experience in Management Liability claims
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and technical claim handling skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Public D&O or Financial Institutions and Financial Services claims
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and influence others
      - Proven time management and task prioritization skills
      - Experience attending and presenting at industry events on claims topics
