- Through project work, job shadowing, hands-on work experience, and exposure to Farmers leadership teams you will expand your knowledge and experience
- Pursuing a BA Degree in areas such as Business, Project Management,
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and preferred knowledge of Project Management
- A passion for learning and development
- Self motivated, an excellent problem solver, and a quick learner
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary
You will develop significant and highly valuable project management and reporting skills through shadowing, developing scorecards, administrative support, presentation development and data analysis. This is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished professionals and gain valuable skills for your future. In addition, you will be provided time throughout your internship to network with other departments and learn about additional career opportunities at Farmers Insurance.
