      Compensation includes a base salary of $70,700.00 - $106,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

      • Claims Management: Oversee the setup and investigation of damage claims, from acquiring necessary documentation to determining liability.

      • Ratings Oversight: Ensure the accuracy of disputed ratings under our self-service platform.

      • Financial Stewardship: Monitor and report on financial impacts, manage claims reserves, and lead the collection of claims paid out to shippers and clients.

      • Collaboration: Maintain close ties with Sales, Carrier Relations, and other departments to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure process stability.

      • Client Balance: Ensure a balanced client experience between shippers and carriers, addressing escalations and providing program improvements.

      • Innovate and Improve: Identify gaps in skills, recommend solutions, and foster an environment that encourages process improvements and information sharing.

      • High-Stakes Decision Making: Make crucial financial decisions on high-value claims, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

      What You Bring:

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • BA/BS degree with 6+ years of related experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.

      • Strong communication, management, organizational, and customer service skills.

      Preferred:

      • Experience in automotive claims is a plus.
