      Deliver superior claims service to customers in Accident and Health and Consumer Credit Insurance classes. Execute superior claims management including determining policy coverage, investigating, evaluating and negotiating claims, and engaging with specialist suppliers and stakeholders.

      The opportunity

      We currently have a permanent opportunity to join our team as a Claims Officer, managing Accident & Health claims. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional claims service by assessing policy coverage, investigating and evaluating cases, and ensuring timely and fair outcomes for our clients.

      Your new role

      • Manage Accident & Health claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.

      • Collaborate with Brokers, medical professionals, and assessors to deliver high-quality claims support.

      • Help clients through their recovery journey, supporting their return to work and wellbeing.

      • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the claims process.

      • Maintain attention to detail and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

      About you

      • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a case management role within insurance

      • Previous experience within accident and health is highly advantageous but not essential

      • A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands

      • A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional

      • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
