      The opportunity

      Due to an exciting period of growth we have an opportunity for two experienced Performance Coaches to join our Claims Performance Team. This role plays a crucial part in enabling the effective execution of our Claims strategy, which aims to improve our claims capabilities. It involves actively monitoring performance, fostering robust relationships, and offering support to enhance our capabilities.

      In this position, you will be responsible for:

      • Providing advanced specialist Leadership Coaching and development to frontline leaders to enhance capability and performance

      • Supporting and coaching our front-line leaders to improve their coaching capability, effectiveness and performance within their role

      • Providing guidance around key leadership priorities and ongoing coaching around the routines and operating rhythms to support them

      • Identifying areas of opportunity within frontline teams and collaborating with stakeholders on plans to uplift performance around quality claims managements and exceptional customer service

      • Developing policies, processes and resources relating to the Coaching framework to meet business needs

      • Driving and developing a Coaching culture to support workplace learning

      • Continuously contributing to the improvement of our Coaching approach to the business by utilising needs analysis outcomes, data and feedback to identify key opportunities

      • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to promote delivery of coaching capabilities and the embedding of QBE Coaching Framework

      • Managing and maintaining core Quality programs across areas of the claims business to support business improvement and capability uplift

      About you

      • Strong knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes

      • Strong knowledge of coaching principles and frameworks

      • Strong leadership, team building, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills

      • Ability to communicate insights and a narrative to key stakeholders

      • Ability to build influential and effective working relationships with senior stakeholders across a diverse business and organisation

      • Strong experience as a Career Coach or within a Leadership role; and/or coaching - preferred
