- We are looking for a Claims Process & Quality Assurance Analyst to enhance and ensure the quality of our claims processes across all countries.
- In this multifaceted role, you will be involved in analyzing claims workflows, gathering requirements, refining business processes, and implementing quality assurance measures to drive operational excellence.
- Analyze and document existing claims processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and ensure that deliverables align with stakeholder expectations and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement process mapping and documentation.
- Coordinate requirement-gathering workshops to understand business needs related to claims processes.
- Document detailed requirement analyses and business cases for new projects, focusing on continuous improvement in claims systems and processes.
- Evaluate and refine existing claims processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare test scripts and cases to support the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with claims best practices, claims guidelines, and country-specific regulations.
- Continuously improve the technical quality and operational performance of the claims product by measuring compliance through file reviews.
- Support the delivery and rollout of claims best practices and the QA process across all countries.
- Lead training sessions to enhance understanding and implementation of Best Practices and QA processes within claims teams.
- Facilitate calibration of the QA process through re-reviews, training, and feedback to ensure consistency in claims handling.
- Partner with internal and external claims management at various levels to analyze findings, communicate results, and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the development of meaningful action plans to address identified issues and enhance claims processes.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry. Experience in claims processing, quality assurance, or claims business analysis preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across different geographical locations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities, able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent worker and analytical thinker, skilled in conducting investigations and data analysis.
- Meticulous attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Think outside of the box to support the business in delivering its strategic objectives rather than just responding to a pre-defined request.
- Strong work ethic coupled with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations at various organizational levels (PowerPoint experience is a must).
- Knowledge of process mapping and change management methodologies.
- Experience in effectively communicating with internal and external executive stakeholders.
