What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct claims quality audit reviews and closed file reviews
- Analyze results and findings of campaigns
- Identify trends and quality improvement opportunities
- Communicate trends and provide expertise to enhance claims processes
- Participate in all other claim audit and quality assurance activities as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Superior analytical, negotiation, decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills
- Excellent oral, written, and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other Claims tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of specialized claims handling experience
- State Adjusting license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Continuing education such as CPCU, AIC, SCLA, or CCP designations
