      Our Claims Recovery Department is currently seeking a Recovery Specialist. This role will provide administrative support including, but not limited to, managing a group email inbox, processing incoming receipts, processing assignments to collection firms, completing arbitration assignments and managing incoming physical mail.

      Many departments at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.

      Hourly Range: The pay range for this position is $16.00- $26.00 an hour. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

      Be ready to:

      • route incoming emails and physical mail to the appropriate associate
      • assign and process incoming receipts that are not processed automatically
      • process collection firm assignments and file copy accesses
      • manage eSubro hub demands and arbitration assignments
      • perform miscellaneous administrative support as needed

      Be equipped with:

      • good verbal and written communication skills
      • the ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail
      • strong decision-making skills
      • the ability to work independently
      • average to above average knowledge of Microsoft® and Adobe® products
      • basic accounting knowledge
      • the ability to learn claims basics and workflows
      • knowledge of our Claims Management System (preferred)
      • a willingness to take on new responsibilities
      • a willingness to complete the Claims Basic School and three parts of the Associate in Claims program within a three-year time period

      Bring education and experience from:

      • a high school diploma or equivalent
      • prior claims knowledge and experience (preferred)
