      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and lead a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
      - Guide the claims team to adhere to best practices and enhance service delivery
      - Manage workloads, set team goals, and motivate staff performance
      - Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers to maintain positive relationships
      - Identify coaching opportunities and support team member development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
      - Active adjusters license for New York is required
      - 5+ years of supervisory experience
      - Knowledge of all team member related functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in workers compensation and lost-time claims
      - Familiarity with technology used in claims management
      - Strong leadership skills and a commitment to performance improvement
