Experience in a customer service office environment
Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters` Cert CILA qualification

We have a fantastic opportunity for Claims Handlers working on a hybrid basis UK wide .
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our international team. We are seeking an individual with claims handling or customer service experience.
The role involves working within a well-established team, dealing with accident & health claims, and managing European losses from first notification of loss through to settlement. Claims will vary in value and complexity, and we provide the training and tools needed to develop your skills and knowledge.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to impart information, and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally, are essential.
This role is perfect for those who crave variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.
