      Job Summary

      A Quality Assurance Clerk with our Claims/Quality Assurance Department is responsible for creating, processing, maintaining and managing all physical and electronic records for the Company’s clients for all regions across Canada (except Quebec). This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week expected in-person at 200 Bay Street in Toronto.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Processing all Client Application requests including faxing and scanning application related documents
      • Fielding client calls, liaising with other departments and responding to inquiries promptly
      • Backup role for other Quality Assurance Clerks
      • Creating, maintaining, and managing client profiles
      • Canceling/suspending client profiles as required
      • Monitoring Law Society and Notary Society for disciplinary decisions
      • Assisting with maintaining Quality Assurance Departmental records as required
      • Providing monthly reports to Quality Assurance Manager as required
      • Assisting Manager with preparation of correspondence to clients
      • Assisting as back-up during monthly Quality Assurance Committee meetings
      • Other duties as required or assigned

      Qualifications

      • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing administrative/ legal support.
      • A self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage the workload efficiently with challenging demands for resources and time
      • Ability to work independently in accordance with established parameters.
      • Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
      • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
      • Adapts readily to a fast pace and dynamic environment
      • Effectively interacts within a team setting
      • Highly resourceful in nature
      • Strong interpersonal skills, professional skills and the ability to exercise good judgment always

      Salary Range - $50,000 to 55,000 annually
