Job Description
In this role, you will assist in the development and production of surgical instruments designed to cut and cauterize wounds as needed. You will initially focus on tip assembly before transitioning to stem assembly, which requires meticulous attention to detail and involves working under a microscope for certain tasks. You will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to specific standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Work Environment
Work in a surgical device manufacturing facility specializing in modular instrumentation. The facility is climate-controlled, and you will need to adhere to specific dress codes, including wearing hair caps, lab coats, and gloves. This role requires working in a clean environment, which prohibits makeup, jewelry, facial hair, cologne/perfume, and nail polish. You will be part of a team-oriented environment, working 1st Shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
