- Daily cleaning of team/staff locker rooms, restrooms, hallways, weight room, training/rehab/pool areas, and meeting rooms.
- Daily cleaning of various areas throughout the complex.
- Minor maintenance and repairs (replace light bulbs, change ceiling tile/carpet tile, painting, hang pictures, install/repair dispensers, preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment, etc.)
- Work with other maintenance staff in daily general maintenance of the facility.
- Assist stadium cleaning/maintenance staff as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the Janitorial field.
- Valid driver license.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- College degree preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to perform job effectively.
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (vacuums, auto-scrubbers, etc.) is a plus.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience cleaning medical facilities is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate projects from implementation through completion.
- Work schedule must be flexible – evenings and weekends required as needed. (2:30pm-11pm)
- Experience in a similar field preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- This role pays $20.00 an hour.
The Housekeeping Maintenance position will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of the training center, field house, stadium and other areas as needed.
