      The Opportunity:

      We’re currently seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our dedicated Facilities team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment across our office and manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to a healthy, safe, and productive workplace. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

      What You’ll Do:

      Daily Cleaning & Maintenance

      • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming

      • Service, clean, and supply restrooms

      • Clean windows, glass, and mirrors

      • Steam clean or shampoo carpets

      • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment

      • Gather and empty trash

      Safety & Standards Compliance

      • Follow procedures for the proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment per established guidelines

      • Clean up bodily fluids in accordance with the Bloodborne Pathogens Policy

      • Notify management of repairs or potential hazards

      • Perform duties in compliance with company Quality and Safety standards

      Organization & Reporting

      • Perform tasks according to daily spreadsheet schedules, time allocation sheets, and checklists

      • Continuously monitor the cleanliness of facilities and equipment

      What You Bring:

      Education & Certifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

      Experience

      • 0–1 year of experience cleaning office or manufacturing facilities is ideal but not required

      Specialized Knowledge & Skills

      • Basic knowledge of general cleaning processes and procedures

      • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
