Job Description

- Perform small parts assembly and gluing under a microscope.
- Inspect work for defects and replace parts as needed or directed.
- Inspect products using a microscope.
- Follow documentation and procedures accurately.
- Identify and handle basic components.
- Perform masking and demasking tasks.
- Experience working under a microscope.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Basic component identification certification.
- Familiarity with using hand tools like torque drivers, hand cutters, and screwdrivers.
- Basic math skills and the ability to recognize and distinguish colors.
- Minimum of 1 year working in electronics manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Experience with epoxy, RTV silicone, and automatic paste, epoxy, and Loctite dispensers is a plus.
- Comfortable sitting and working under a microscope for a majority of the day.
- Steady hand and patience are essential.

Job Description
Join our team in the underfill and staking department, where you will be a crucial part of the manufacturing process. Your main focus will be small parts assembly and gluing, all performed manually under a microscope. This department specializes in coatings and epoxies, and the work is akin to cake piping, but with much more precision.

Work Environment
Work in a clean room as part of a PCB manufacturing team, focused on high-quality boards. You will need to wear a full bunny suit, including foot covers, mouth covers, gloves, and hair net. The position is on the 2nd shift (2:00PM - 11:00PM) with a 10% shift differential. Be prepared for a significant amount of overtime after training, including weekends. The environment requires close-toed shoes and pants, with no makeup, fake nails, or nail polish.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
