  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process new referrals by verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
  - Document coverage details for medications and infusion services, including coinsurance and copay information
  - Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities based on benefit verification
  - Initiate and secure prior authorizations and medical reviews, including obtaining necessary clinical documents
  - Communicate effectively with patients and referral sources regarding referral status and coverage updates
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement
  - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
  - Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CPR+ preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with specialty infusion prior authorization and benefits verification
  - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
