What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process new referrals by verifying patient eligibility and coordinating benefits
- Document information related to coinsurance, copay, deductibles, and authorization requirements
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefit verification
- Initiate and secure prior authorization and medical review, including preparing clinical documents
- Communicate with patients and referral sources regarding referral status and coverage updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of home infusion acute pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of HIPAA regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CPR+ software
- Familiarity with home infusion benefits and insurance processes
