      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain communication with clients, family members, and referral sources within the assigned territory
      - Partner with agency staff and sales to achieve optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes
      - Timely acceptance or decline of referrals based on predetermined criteria set by the agency
      - Facilitate obtaining all necessary information and documentation to complete quality referrals
      - Adapt to changes in assigned territory as needed by the business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one year of experience in home care, hospice, or personal care services
      - Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
      - Experience dealing with a variety of payors in healthcare, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home care, hospice, or personal care services is preferred
      - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred
      - Knowledge of various healthcare payors is preferred
