Lead, mentor, and support a front office team of up to 9 FTEs
Oversee daily clerical functions including patient scheduling, referrals, registration, charge entry, and medical records
Ensure timely completion of EPIC work queues and accurate data entry
Deliver excellent customer service by supporting team members and resolving patient inquiries
Monitor front-end revenue cycle operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
Manage staff schedules, timekeeping, supply orders, and administrative reports
Support compliance with regulatory standards (JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.)
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure seamless patient flow

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clerical Supervisor to lead front office operations in our Queen City OBGYN practice —a critical role for ensuring the highest quality of service to the patients and families we proudly serve.
Your Role in Our Mission
As the Clerical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of non-clinical administrative staff within our busy OBGYN clinic. You will ensure every touchpoint—from scheduling to registration and referrals—is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing team performance, and supporting operational excellence.

QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma Required Associates Degree Preferred Associates Degree in Health or Business Administration Preferred
Experience: One year of clerical experience in a medical office setting required.
Additional Skills Required: Knowledge of organization policies and procedures. Knowledge of fiscal management and humanresource management techniques. Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.Knowledge of computer systems and applications. Skill in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data. Skill in written and verbal communication. Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations. Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, decision-making. Ability to read, interprets, and applies clinic policies and procedures. Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions. Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities. Physical requirements: Stand and move around the majority of the day; climb; lift patients and equipment; sit occasionally; bend and stoop; push / pull wheelchairs, carts, and beds; see, hear, speak, smell, and touch.
