      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of clerical duties, including filing and maintaining records or reports
      - Operate office equipment such as copy machines to assist with daily tasks
      - Answer telephones, take messages, and provide routine information to students and the public
      - Maintain supply inventory and handle the ordering and distribution of materials
      - Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and sort incoming mail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, G.E.D. Certificate, or demonstrated progress toward obtaining a G.E.D. as required by Kentucky law
      - Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
      - Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
      - Strong organizational skills to manage records and prepare reports
      - Capability to work cooperatively with others and complete tasks with interruptions

      - Experience in a clerical or administrative role within an educational setting
      - Familiarity with record-keeping techniques and office equipment operation
      - Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, patience, and courtesy
