      Req#: 4568511
      1. Receptionist/Front Line Responsibility of the Park Office. Customer Service – Meet and greet residents/visitors in a welcoming and cordial manner. Handle phone calls, voice mails and emails. Receive calls/requests for needs from residents, review with Park Manager, process work orders to maintenance staff.
      • General Duties – This covers general clerical duties including but not limited to: Typing letters and make appointments as requested by the Park Manager; directing resident’s to information in the Resident Handbook, City Code or appropriate party/entity.
      • Complaints – Log complaints received. Work with the Park Manager and residents to resolve complaints.
      • Office Forms and Resident Handbook – Have forms ready as needed; Prepare letters and notices & ensure delivery to citizens.
      2. Accounting and Financial Financial Rent processing and invoicing
      3. Office Computer Software
      • Responsible for accurate input, maintenance, and back-up of computer software
      4. Additional duties as Assigned by the Park Manager.
