- Knowledge of transplant program an asset
- Knowledge of computers is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical terminology
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to organize and prioritize duties
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of STAR and PHS an asset
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

About the Opportunity
Under the direction of the Health Services Manager, the Clerk B contributes to the effective operation of the Post Liver Transplant Clinic by acting as the central communication person for the unit. The Clerk B performs reception, clerical and administrative duties following hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of maturity and discretion in handling confidential matters. This position also requires the incumbent to transport multiple charts between offices.

Permanent, Full Time; 70 hours bi-weekly
Compensation and Incentives
$20.09 - $21.91 Hourly
