      About this role:
      The Documentation Clerk II position exists to ensure that equipment/asset document changes are performed accurately, effectively, and with superior efficiency, and to ensure they are reviewed for impact across areas and sites and are coordinated for implementation.

      Your responsibilities will include:
      ⦁ Reviews change packet information for accuracy and conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
      ⦁ Records changes to documentation content by performing data entries that record structuring changes and revision changes relevant to that change type.
      ⦁ Incorporates changes to affected equipment/asset documentation by performing data entries in the system and issuing the revised item to the viewing application for users.
      ⦁ Advises and responds to questions regarding changes to documents by interfacing with document owners and originators of changes, providing prior and current revisions of documents, and running queries and reports.
      ⦁ Identifies improvements by analyzing the current business/system processes and recommending improvements within the scope of their influence.

      Required qualifications:
      ⦁ 2 years of experiences
      ⦁ High School Degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience

      Preferred qualifications:
      ⦁ Medical Device Documentation Experience
      ⦁ Associate Degree
      ⦁ Equipment/asset experience (e.g, calibartions and maintence)
