Job Description
- Req#: 5714
- Assist with maintaining files, data entry, scans and copies documents as needed.
- Provides professional and courteous assistance to both internal and external customers.
- Receives and distributes correspondence for the department.
- Collects mail, transports documents to other offices.
- Provides general support and assistance to the staff.
- Maintains confidentiality and security of documents and data.
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1 year job related experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
- Valid Texas Driver License.

SALARY: $15.00 per hour, 29 hours per week
