      Position: Client Advisor

      Job Mission:
      Contribute to the store’s business by delivering exceptional clienteling, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cross-selling, AVT, upselling, and strategic zoning.

      Role & Responsibilities

      Client Management

      • Master the entire Client Journey.

      • Create emotional connections and foster customer desire for products.

      • Engage both existing and prospective clients according to the weekly plan set by Store Management.

      • Deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably across all phases: pre-sale preparation, greeting clients, understanding their needs, presenting products, closing the sale, and bidding farewell.

      • Focus on developing and retaining existing clients while actively recruiting new ones.

      • Engage clients during every sales opportunity—whether through walk-ins, private appointments, or phone consignments.

      • Collaborate actively in sales partnerships and participate in OTO appointment routines.

      Operations and Visual Merchandising

      • Manage all sales and after-sales activities, including boutique returns, end-of-season stock, customer returns, repairs, and handling complaints.

      • Ensure products are properly maintained and replenished on the sales floor.

      • Stay informed about warehouse stock across all categories to ensure proper shelf replenishment and maximize sales opportunities.

      • Adhere to administrative and operational procedures.

      • Collaborate with In-Store Visual Merchandising to follow display guidelines and provide relevant updates to store management.

      • In the absence of an Operations HC, assist with operational tasks, including shipping/receiving.

      • Relational Skills: Build meaningful, human connections with customers, adapting to their individual needs and situations.

      • Emotional Influence: Drive customer behavior by eliciting emotions that positively impact their purchasing decisions.
