We are currently looking for a Client Advisor based in Rinascente - Milan. As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.
Key responsibilities:- Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are cosiderated as plus.
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques. - Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong team player.Location: Milan - Rinascente
