      About us:

      Linklaters is a multi-national commercial law firm, with 30 offices in 20 countries worldwide.

      Re:link is the firm's flexible contract lawyer platform. We provide Linklaters' clients and our practices with swift access to a community of high-quality contract lawyers to address fixed term or flexible resourcing needs.

      We have been named as one of The Times’ Top 50 Employers for Women, recognised by Stonewall as a top employer for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and by the Social Mobility Employer Index as a top employer for advancing social mobility.

      We recognise that one size does not fit all. Our goal is to embed flexibility across our firm by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further. We also recognise that women, especially, may hesitate to apply if they feel they may not meet every requirement listed despite being excited by the role. If this sounds like you, we’d really encourage you to apply.

      About the role:

      The client team is at the heart of what we do. The Client team works hand-in-glove with Linklaters partners and practice groups, matching high-quality Re:link consultants to where our clients need them most. You will have hands-on involvement in the day-to-day execution of new client opportunities and their end-to-end management, ensuring that both client and Re:link consultant benefit from exceptional service.

      This role will suit someone you if you are energetic, proactive and driven to truly “get under the skin” and take full ownership of opportunities that are assigned to you.

      Your main responsibilities will include:

      • Responsibility for the day-to-day relationship management of current placements and clients assigned to you. This includes regular and proactive engagement and communication with the client, Re:link consultant and sponsoring Linklaters practice group, ensuring that expectations are met and any issues resolved promptly.

      • Account management i.e., ensuring that the Desk’s client opportunities and placements assigned to you are managed professionally and efficiently from an operational and financial perspective

      • Support the Client team to drive business development opportunities for Re:link and build, expand and deepen relationships with both external clients and practice groups.

      • Undertaking other team projects and priorities as and when required, in light of the fast paced and evolving nature of Re:link’s activities.

      You will ideally have/be:

      • Experience in a comparable role in a peer flexible legal resourcing platform, high-end legal recruitment consultancy and/or other alternative legal services platform, with a sound understanding of the legal sector.

      • Confident and comfortable working with clients, partners and lawyers with excellent interpersonal skills.

      • Experience working within a law firm or within a partnership business model.

      What’s on offer for you;

      The role is being offered on a remote working basis with occasional travel to the London office for team meetings and activities. While our preference is for candidates who wish to to work remotely, we are open to applications from both candidates who wish to work on a remote basis as well as from our offices in London.
