      Position Summary
      The Training Coordinator supports and coordinates trainings delivered to external customers. A Training Coordinator is responsible for working closely with external and internal customers to schedule training seminars that are delivered both on-site and virtually. This includes coordinating training, sending training materials, keeping system records up to date, collecting feedback, maintaining educator network and training program maintenance.

      Fundamental Responsibilities

      • Consult with plan sponsors and coordinate external training delivery from request to completion within established fulfillment timeframes
      • Works closely with plan sponsors, account executives, vendors and educator network to ensure quality service delivery
      • Remediates complaints regarding external training delivery
      • Researches, recruits, develops and maintains educator network
      • Manages contracts with network educators and ensures educators meet basic credentialing requirements
      • Maintains training content library in conjunction with development team
      • Material formatting, branding and accessibility compliance as needed
      • Manages training services delivered via live webinar or recording
      • Acts as technical contact and host for live webinar trainings and peer support groups
      • Maintains and updates annual training catalogs
      • Receives and reconciles trainer invoices for payment
      • Other responsibilities supporting training services delivered to plan sponsors


      Required Qualifications

      • 1-3 years customer service experience is required
      • Strong soft skills including multi-tasking, prioritizing, organization, critical thinking, strong attention to detail, problem solving and written/verbal communication
      • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office and Teams, WebEx, Adobe Acrobat Professional and QuickBase.
      • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or in place of a degree, at least 3 years of relevant customer service and/or EAP experience.


      Preferred Qualification

      • EAP experience strongly preferred


      Education

      • High School Diploma or GED required; Preferred Bachelor's Degree.

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $18.50 - $38.82

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
