      Purpose of the Role

      Reporting into a Client Partner, as an Associate Director within the Client Services team you will drive business growth by unlocking the client’s business opportunity and capability; deliver outstanding client service and be at the forefront of driving innovative and ambitious solutions to client challenges, all of which have measurable business performance outcomes at the heart.

      Acting as the brand ambassador, you will help build the business reputation and become an authoritative point of contact for clients.

      This role is working exclusively on a leading iProspect client. An ecommerce client that offers a vibrant, digital-first department store proposition to the UK market. The aim of the role is become an extension of the client’s media team and a trusted strategic advisor, working alongside a dedicated team, operating across channel, you will own performance across digital channels, working closely with the rest of the team to drive a holistic approach to planning and forecasting business outcomes.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Driving efficient business growth through the client’s adoption of digital media channels with a laser focus on performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

      • Effectively managing specialist channel team resources & workflows; ensuring they build strong relationships with the client, deliver best-in-class insights and recommendations, alongside ongoing experimentation to consistently drive success and outstanding performance.

      • Demonstrating a deep understanding of the clients products and services. Be at the forefront of understanding and interpreting the clients objectives and challenges in order to deliver innovative, ambitious, effective commercial media plans.

      • Managing client budgets for forecasting accurate spend and performance projections, and consistently tracking progress, whilst leading client strategies and highlighting opportunities for growth and maximising returns.

      • Understanding the clients overall business plan, working closely with the senior account leadership team to ensure the business runs profitably and updates forecasts regularly.

      • Ensuring accurate client billing and debt management.

      Qualifications + Skills [bullet points]

      • A proven track record in a digital performance role, either client or agency side, with an emphasis on social media and online display and Video.

      • An in-depth understanding of digital performance and analytics with the ability to work closely with specialists to drive best-in-class results for clients.

      • Experience of creating and leading commercially sound digital media plans across multiple channel activations, including the forecasting of outcomes.

      • An ability to identify growth opportunities, drive innovative solutions and create structured testing plans, alongside measurement solutions to gauge success.

      • A passion for understanding audiences and the application of 1st party data to enhance targeting and performance within channels.

      • A good level of understanding of analytics tools such as Google or Adobe analytics.

      • A keen interest in the fashion/retail ecommerce market.

      • This is a permanent role.

      • The team is based in our Manchester office but operates a hybrid working arrangement. The team currently work 2 days a week from our Lower Byrom St (Bonded Warehouse) office, further days may be required depending on business needs/client meetings.
