      We are looking for a Team Assistant/ Office Manager who can provide exceptional support to our sales team on the ground in Frankfurt, as well as ensuring the day to day running of the office:

      Roles and Responsibilities:

      • General Office Management to ensure smooth office operation including but not limited to ordering office supplies & invoice processing.
      • Perform a variety of administrative tasks for management including agenda & expense management.
      • Coordinate administrative/logistic aspects of business travels, events & roadshow, including flight, hotel and ground transportation. Ensure all activity follows the regulatory framework.
      • Provide Ad-Hoc Sales Support to support distribution in the region.
      • Excellent opportunity to grow in your careers learning through successfully supporting the German based Client Coverage team.

      Key Requirements / Qualifications:

      • Work experience in financial industry, including private banking, asset management, consulting or investment banking
      • Experience in a similar role, OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
      • A self-starter, who works in a precise and timely manner, who can take ownership to move initiatives forward
      • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
      • Willingness to learn, collaborate and partner across the business
      • Strong communication skills
      • Ability to exercise discretion when managing confidential client and personal information
      • Languages: German, fluent in English.
